Sales forecast

Expected units and revenue for the chosen month = demand pace (blended last-30/60/90-day average) capped by what stock can actually serve — on hand plus shipments arriving inside the month. A SKU can’t sell what it doesn’t have.

What you hold and what is on the way, per ASIN — valued at what it cost you and at what it sells for. Live from the stock ledger and open shipments.

Supplier command center

Demand-driven need vs each supplier's minimum PO. States are decisions: READY = place it · EXCEPTION = below minimum but waiting risks stockouts · HOLD = safe to wait and consolidate.

Stockout risk — by money, not days

Ranked by gross profit lost per day out of stock.

Cash at risk — overstock & dead

Working capital sitting beyond the cover ceiling. Ranked by dollars.

Stock health — by real sales

Every stocked ASIN judged by what it actually sold: dead stock ties up cash with zero sales, slow stock has far more cover than needed. Fix list sorted by money stuck.

Units sold per day — last 30 days

From the team's daily log, per supplier.

Pipeline board

Every open PO as a card, moving left → right. Column totals show units and cash sitting in each state. Click a card to open its lines below.

Create an order

Draft orders are also created automatically from step 2 suggestions. Type an Order # to add another batch to an existing order (e.g. Order 2 · Batch 2).

Shipments in the pipeline

Every open order/batch, from factory to FBA live. Move the stage as it progresses and stamp the date — the ETA and every reorder calculation update instantly. Record received quantities per line when stock lands (partial receipts fine).

Balances

Entered by you — the board can't see your bank. Saved with a timestamp so you know how fresh they are.

Money in inventory

FIFO — shelf stock valued at the actual cost of the lots still unsold; pipeline at PO cost.

Cash flow — last 30 days (estimate)

From the daily sales log × current selling prices and unit profits.

Committed & needed

What's owed on open POs and what the reorder plan needs next.

Lead times & ordering policy

Days per stage. Total lead = production + to-vessel + ocean + FBA check-in. Safety = extra cushion. Target cover = how many days of stock an order should build. Buffer = seasonal extra %. Max cover = overstock ceiling. Selling since = when this supplier's products started selling (turns historical sold into a velocity when there's no daily log).

OneDrive sales file

One click re-reads the whole team sales file and updates every product's history. The file link itself is stored in ⚙ Setup and needs the editing password to view or change.

Data coverage

How much sales history each product has. 7+ days = the hub trusts the log for its velocity.

OneDrive sales file link

Share link of the team's Excel/CSV (set sharing to "Anyone with the link can view"). Stored server-side; only visible here after unlocking. The hub reads only the "Daily Sales Tracker" sheet.

Businesses

One codebase, one database per business — books never mix, even when the same ASINs sell in each. One password unlocks all. Create the MySQL database in Hostinger first, then register it here.
BusinessKeyStatus
Each business has its own sheet link (Setup → Sales synchronization while that business is selected), its own opening snapshot, ordering calendar, velocities and FIFO lots. Removing a business only unregisters it — the database is never deleted.

Security & data

Viewing is open to anyone with the link; every change needs the editing password. Backup downloads everything (products, orders, sales log, settings) as one JSON; Restore replaces the whole database with a backup.
